KARPATOS women’s sweatpants are a modern, loose-fit style that combines comfort, functionality, and a trendy, casual aesthetic. These oversized cotton women’s sweatpants with a slightly dropped crotch ensure full freedom of movement and all-day comfort—whether you’re active or relaxing.
The model features an elastic waistband and ribbed cuffs at the ankles to ensure a perfect fit. A cotton drawstring finished with colorful aglets adds a subtle touch of character, while spacious side pockets enhance functionality. An additional detail is the minimalist embroidery placed under one of the pockets, executed in the same color as the fabric.
The sweatpants are crafted from our signature thick, substantial knit fabric with a weight of 320 g/m². The underside features a distinctive diagonal weave with a soft brushed finish that gently hugs the skin, while the exterior is treated with a delicate peach-skin effect for exceptional softness. Thanks to the use of special enzymes, the material is more resistant to pilling after washing. Additionally, 10% of the composition consists of recycled polyester—in line with our Mother Earth initiative.
